Because of your hard work, we just hit Milestone #2 in the Freshpet Freshfit Challenge. That’s 100,000 miles walked for shelter animals! As a result, Freshpet will be donating an ADDITIONAL 1,000 meals to feed animals like Cynthia!
Cynthia is available for adoption at Bideawee in NYC. She is a remarkable, 1-year old Labrador Retriever mix. She weighs 45 pounds and is full grown.
This sweetheart is very affectionate and well-mannered. She absolutely loves people and she is very cuddly!
Cynthia is very mellow and will do best with a gentle family. She is fantastic with other dogs and seems to be good with cats. You can learn more about Cynthia and other adoptable animals on the Bideawee website or by visiting their Manhattan location at 410 East 38th Street!
For more than 112 years, Bideawee has been the leading pet welfare organization serving metropolitan New York and Long Island. Through a vast array of services Bideawee cultivates and supports the life-long relationships between pets and the people who love them.
About the Freshpet FreshFit Challenge
The Freshpet FreshFit Challenge is a digital walkathon that is taking place from April 4 – May 1. The goal of the challenge is to raise awareness about pet obesity and the importance of pet health. Our goal over the 4 week challenge is to ResQwalk 200,000 miles.
Freshpet believes that all pet food should be made from the same quality ingredients that you would feed your family at home. This means recipes made of fresh meat, fruits and veggies, with no rendered meals or by-products. Freshpet foods are also cooked at lower temperatures to lock in the key nutrients your pets need, without any chemical or artificial preservatives. It’s this commitment to natural, wholesome ingredients that makes Freshpet different from other pet foods.
